You kind of just have to waveclear against him and hope that your team doesn't feed him. The matchup gets much easier around level 5, when you can effectively clear the wave from a distance. Still, he's going to make landing cards really difficult.

Irelia

Dodge the E, or dodge the queue. It's like if Yasuo was faster and did more damage.

Zed

Has enough range, waveclear, and roaming potential to do away with you pretty easily if you get careless. Pick defensive runes and consider rushing a seeker's. People seem to think that seeker's is only if you're losing, but the exact opposite is the case - if you're winning, Seeker's is like kryptonite to AD assassins.

Fizz

Even

You can't kill him, he can't kill you. You have the advantage of roaming, but remember to push things out - he has an AA reset and great waveclear, so he can take towers pretty quickly. Getting careless with those platings can lead to a fed Fizz, and you can't peel him off of your carries because of his E.

Yone

Even

He's like if Yasuo could only dash onto you every 15 seconds. He'll still fucking demolish you if you make even a single mistake, but you have a bit of breathing room.

Aurelion Sol

Tiny

TF just fucking demolishes Asol at every stage of the game, it's not even funny how much your gold card can screw him over. TF is a great counterpick if you don't know what to do against him.
