Draven is pretty much bad match up for you. He outdamages you. He has good early because of his Q. He can stop your R and E with his E just play safe and farm there is not much you can do.

Introduction

Hello I'm Ourin and I main Adc. I'm currently gold II
And this is Guide on Lucian.
Lucian is great laner and he has good teamfight's.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
+Strong laning phase
+Great burst
+Great mobile
+Great passive

Cons:
Ult does lower dmg than AA
Low range
Mana hungry

BT or BOTRK

I choose BT when enemies have high burst or tanks with thormail bcs of 20% life steal
I choose BOTRK when they have really tanky team so that i can shredder them bcs of botrk passive

Masteries

Pretty standart for adc. i only add Spell Weawing bcs it's good on Lucian.

Runes

Nothing special basic rune page for adc.

Skill Sequence

So here are some basic combos.
1. is Q>AA>E>AA>W>AA>R good for burst
2. is E>Q>W>R>E AA still between and that last E is if you can get full Cd of E down
3. is W>E>AA>Q>AA>R good for chasing

How to play Lucian

EARLY GAME
Poke down your enemies. You will probably win most of trades
Use your Q to poke them Q goes through minions like ~3 so you can poke like that

MID GAME
This is where you can use your E to reposition
and you will dealt tons of damage

LATE GAME
In late your beast so play safe dont get caught
use your ult to push
