Aatrox

Aatrox is quite annoying. He has more sustain then you and that's riven main weakness. his passive can also deny riven's ult but its on a shorter cooldown. Riven can win this lane if player corectly though. You do more dmg and if you can abuse that you can kill him easily

Ahri

Ahri is squishy and you can abuse that. Pre six try to take all the opportunities to fight and zone her out. You need to get you'r ult before she get it otherwise she can all in with ult and kill you and snowball instead.

Akali

Akali is really weak pre 6 you can abuse that and all-in her easily. With a simple pink you counter her stealth and you kill her easily. after 6 she will do more DMG but if you already got 2/3 kills she's not that of a threat

Alistar

Alistar can be really REALLY annoying in the early/mid game. When you try to all in he just headbutts you away and when you ult he ults and you'r ult doesnt do DMG then, but alistar isn't seen that much in top so you almost never lane against him ;)

Amumu

Amumu isn't that of a threat. You can dodge his Q easily negating his combo but he's overall a better jungler and will most likely gank more effectively then you.

Anivia

Anivia is not that hard. You can wall-hop over her wall and you just do more DMG then her. But same as Aatrox her pasive can screw up your ult but you have low cooldowns so that's not that big of a problem

Annie

Yes i saw you'r freaking bear. Annie is quite annoying due to her burst being really high. You can only beat her in the early game and then you snowball. If you don't get kills in the early levels you'r screwed basically.

Ashe

Ashe only screw's you with her permaslow otherwise you should easily beat her and she shouldn't even been a threat. You need to look for opportunity's when she's already focusing a teammate and then you get easily on her. Almost every heavy kite champ is good vs riven and Ashe is definitely one of them

Azir

Azir isn't mobile at all really. You can abuse that really hard and snowball your lane hard. The only downside is that you cant wall-hop over his ult

Bard

Bard is really squishy. The only way bard can somehow beat riven is to constantly get these shrines under you'r turret and just heal up whenever Riven dives you or try's to ult you. Though easy win for riven

Blitzcrank

Blitzcrank has a silence. You don't like silences. Annoying but beatable if you play it correctly. You can dodge his Q with your Q and E

Brand

Brand's stun can be annoying. Same like annie just beat him in the early game and then he isn't that good anymore

Braum

Braum is really tanky and he can save ally's easy with his shield. You can't do anything in the laning phase and the same is for the mid-late game

Caitlyn

Caitlyn is squishy and she can't survive you'r burst. Just look out for these pesky traps

Cassiopeia

Cassie can sit back in the lane and just do a lot of DoT DMG. Due to you'r lack of sustain she will kill you easily or at least zone you out of lane

Cho'Gath

Cho'Gath has an silence that is really easy to land. Silences counter riven hard and this is an example. He will stack HP and you can't do anything VS him. Avoid this lane anytime you can

Corki

If his Valkyrie is down you can all-in him and chunk around 70% of it's HP or blow his summoners. You can dodge his ult easily with some Q's and E's and he can't do anything VS you.

Darius

His DoT is really annoying and he will out-trade you almost in all situations.

Diana

Whenever Diana ult's you, you can go use you'r full combo and chunk her HP and force her out of lane. You can lose this lane if you screw up but you'r very likely to win this matchup

Dr. Mundo

Mundo is tanky as f*ck and will screw you up easily. You can't do anything against him and you can't snowball. Ask you'r jungler for ganks and hope that you can get some kills against him

Draven

Draven has alot of raw DPS and can out-trade you if he played it correctly. Draven is the only adc that can shut you down easily

Ekko

Ekko is all about trading with his W. You'r mobility makes this almost impossible. Out-trade him and then you win you'r lane easy

Elise

Elise is pretty squishy but you'r screwed if she catch you out of position in the early game.

Evelynn

Evelynn is annoying. She can stealth into you'r jungle and kill you when she finds you. She has better sustain while you'r sustain is sh*t.

Ezreal

Pretty easy. Dodge all his skill-shots and stun before he can E out

Fiddlesticks

His clickable cc is annoying for riven. He has 1000X better sustain then you but he's really squishy. Look for small mistakes by him and punish him hard for it

Fiora

Weird matchup. she can destroy you but you can destroy you aswell. Just look out for her all-in and just stun her when she tries to trade with you and then use 1 of you'r combo's

Fizz

Fizz can dodge you'r ult and negate damage from you. He does alot of DMG especially in the late-game. annoying but winnable

Galio

depends on the situation. if he's better he will win. if you'r better you will win. junglers can have a impact of who's gonna win the lane

Gangplank

use you'r E whenever he Q's. He doesn't has an real escape and you can punish that. bait out his orange and you can win this lane without any problem

Garen

This lane is a hell. You can't get a single kill probally and he can 1v1 you and don't give a f*ck. Avoid this lane at all costs

Gnar

This is an easy matchup. Just look out for his raw CC and you'r fine. He will be almost useless VS you and can't do a really good play when you'r mobility is up.

Gragas

Gragas can be scary but he is only late-game annoying as FC*K. you can't burst him down because he just stacks HP and HP is a good way to deny riven's burst

Graves

Graves isnt't really that scary. If you build some armor you'r shield will soak almost 60% of his burst. You can easily engage on him and kill him really fast

Hecarim

Same as Gragas basicly. He's late game tanky and you can't do anything against tanks

Heimerdinger

Heimerdonger is squishy and dies very fast. watch out for his turrets and you will be fine

Irelia

Irelia is a scaling champion and you'r are a early game champion. Abuse this and you will win this lane easily.

Janna

Janna isn't scary. She can only kite and that's the reason she's at lvl 3, otherwise she would be at lvl 1. Very easy just try to find her out of position and kill her then easily

Jarvan IV

Can be scary his DMG can be really high and he has an armor shred. Though you can wall-hop over his ult you can mess up this jungle matchup really easy

Jax

Jax is the prince of scaling champions and scaling champions can't do anything against riven in the early game. Abuse this and it's an GG

Jayce

His poke is really annoying and can zone you out of lane easy. Punish small miss positions of him and go then all-in for a kill. otherwise ask for a lane-swap and get snowballing

Jinx

Only her chompers are annoying. If you dodge them you can easy get a kill because she doesn't have a escape then

Kalista

Kalista can use her passive to keep up with kiting. But if you play it correctly you can easily get a kill

Karma

Her slow's and kiting mechanics are annoying to deal with. Punish every small mistake she makes and then go all-in on her forcing her to use her summoners

Karthus

Not a threat at all. 0 escapes and 1 CC ability. You can counter his R with you'r E. Just overall easy match

Kassadin

He can ult whenever you try to all-in. though pre-6 you can put Kassadin really behind

Katarina

The queen of pentakills can prepare to get no pentakill a game VS a riven. Riven's W can interupt Katarina's ult and the same for Riven's 3th Q

Kayle

Kayle's ult counter's you'r ult kinda. Kayle can poke you from a distance forcing you out of lame. Hard but winnable

Kennen

Kennen is an easy matchup. Try to trade him whenever you can and zone him out of lane

Kha'Zix

Prevent him to jump away and just trade with him whenever you can. Be aware of being isolated

Kog'Maw

0 escapes. Easy matchup

LeBlanc

You can't trade VS leblanc. Whenever you trie she just W out or doing her full rotation. avoid this lane at all costs

Lee Sin

Lee has good LVL 2 burst. pre LVL 3 you'r still pretty weak. Be careful in the first 3 levels. Then you can trade with him pretty well

Leona

Annoying CC tank. She can Stun you whenever you engage and Leona then can just walk away like nothing happend

Lissandra

Lissandra is annoying when laning against her. She can use her cc whenever you try to engage. Get you'r E LVL 1 cause its shorter cool down then her Q. Whenever you see her E back off.

Lucian

Lucian is pretty squishy and when Riven gets in his face he's death

Lulu

Her poking is just annoying. She can sit at the back of the wave and constantly throw Q's at you. You need to constantly use you'r E to dodge some DMG of her Q. Really annoying lane and only winnable if she makes mistakes

Lux

You can dodge all Lux's spells really easy. She relies on hitting a Q and then combo you, VS riven that's almost inpossible.

Malphite

He is just to tanky to deal with. He stacks armor and you then can't do anything VS him. You can't do anything basically. When you ult he can ult out and deny you'r all-in.

Malzahar

Malzahar is kinda useless against you. The only annoying part is that his ult is an click to win CC ability and his silence can also screw you'r combo up. Easy if played correctly but good malzahar's will make this lane harder then ever

Maokai

Tree's are tanky. You don't like tanks. avoid this lane when you can.

Master Yi

Master yi is useless VS you. the only way that he can negate some DMG of you'r ult is to meditate. Whenever he tries to all-in you. Stun him and then unleash you'r full combo and you win lane

Miss Fortune

She is really squishy. Just get onto her and you will kill her very easy

Mordekaiser

Mordekaiser is an annoying champion. He prevents you steamrolling and he ults you in team fights and if you make a mistake, you die. Now the enemy team has you'r clone with massive stats so you can get abused

Morgana

A tanky b*tch. She can bind you whenever you get close or ult you. This is a champion that makes you almost close to useless in the early game

Nami

Nami is a really squishy support. She can't hit a bubble at all. You can easily delete her from a fight

Nasus

Nasus is really REALLY weak early abuse this. just Q AA Q AA Q AA him down at LVL 1. Pick at LVL 2 W and whenever he tries to get a Q stack, combo him down. Very easy

Nautilus

The CC monster is tanky and has a lot of CC duuh. He can CC you whenever you try to combo and due to his even more broken shield he can out-trade you easily

Nidalee

Nidalee has 0 tools to stop you getting on her, beside of her killing you (what is very unlikely) you can get kills in the early game really easy. abuse that and you win

Nocturne

Nocturne has great 1V1 potential, you can only beat him when you fight out of his Q. Bait out his spellshield before you try to ult him, good Nocturne's will safe it until you'r ult. Try to animation cancel it and use an QR combo.

Nunu & Willump

Nunu can be scary when counter jungling you. You'r weak in the early jungle and Nunu not, he will abuse this and will likely shut you down completely.

Olaf

This a hard matchup for riven. olaf can build really tanky while doing more DMG then you do. Avoid this lane is what i say, just don't even think picking a riven into an Olaf.

Orianna

Orianna is quite squishy. You can all-in her easily
