Irelia, The Will of the Blades
This is my first guide and it's going to be about Irelia, The Will of the Blades.
In this build I focus on attack speed and Hiten
Irelia travels to the targeted enemy and dealing damage. If Irelia kills the target with the skill it refunds it's cooldown and a part of the mana cost.
Passive: Every time Irelia strikes and enemy she is healed for an amount. This skill is very usefull for laning because her HP gets up fast with high attack speed.
Active: When Irelia activates the ability every attack she makes deals additional true damage.
Irelia strikes an enemy if the target has lower % of their hp than Irelia they get slowed. If the target has higher % HP than Irelia she stuns the target and dealing damage
Irelias ultimate, she gets four blades which she can shoot in the dirrection of your cursor. The blades passes through units and deals damage and heals Irelia for and amount of the damage dealt. This makes her very hard to kill. And because it has a very short cooldown (ca. 60 second at rank one without any colldown reduction) you can use it to regain a large amount of health in lane.
Pros / Cons
+Great survivability in lane
+Crazy burst damage
+Can survive in the middle of a teamfight
+Incredible 1v1 champion
+Can jungle (this guide is not about jungling)
-Farming with bladesurge=32 will make you run out of mana pretty fast
-Extremely good passive (IMO)
-Hard to learn
In masteries i take 9/21/0 taking improved exhaust=32 and ghost=32 as summoner spells ghost can be changed for flash=32
In the defence tree i take more armor, magic resist and damage reduction as well as more attack speed in the defene and offence tree.
As soon as madred's blood is finished and hiten is at rank 5 you will hit like **** with all the AS from items, masteries, and runes.
170 base dmg
42 magic dmg from wit's
4% of total hp in magic dmg from
75 true dmg from hiten
Total dmg= 287 + 4%
The dmg combined with high AS is very high and tanks doesnt get too hard to kill
If the enemy initiates on you activate hiten and activate [icons=youmuu's ghostblade=32] once the oponent have more hp than you or they are trying to get away use equilibrium strike use bladesurge if you cant catch up and remember to use to deal dmg and recover some hp.
