Keep in mind you have to change your play style to one that tries to bait/getpicks and focus on teamfighting/peeling with iron's epic passive/active.

penta kills will probably not be possible here (triples sure). but objectives will be secured the enemy will waste resources on u and u'll peel for carries.
you'll defend your turret well too because it'll be quite hard to push you out of lane.
I did well versus an Akali main mid.
