Little suggestion from my side: It seems you are playing Jarvan as fulltank until you get Atma's Impaler really late in the game and even then,your damageoutput will be pretty low. So why not maxing your earlygame-damage to dominate your laneopponent by taking Greater Mark of Attack Damage? You already own armorpenetration with your Dragon Strike, so no need to get additional armorpenetration in the runes.

Also: early levels the armorpenetration do not have that much impact in your damage dealt.
