He's a really fun champion to play with this build as his meeps proc off of devourer so it adds so much damage to this already powerful ability.The chimes that spawn around the map can also be super useful when you're jungle because they give you xp,movement speed and mana!

Usually I start with the Krugg Buff as it gives you synergy with your attack speed and gives you an easier clear.Then I move to red buff,blue buff,and then Gromp and usually go back to buy trailblazer and some health potions.

Hybrid Pen works great with bard as it procs your meeps which are the main damage source.Also very good for the jungle clearing and the late game! Scaling Mr glyphs may also be used,and scaling HP or Flat HP Seals can work also.
