Why I made this Lovely-Jubbly Guide.
Hey guys I made this guide to show you EVE STILL TOO STRONK.
I was an avid Evelynn before the remake. My typical 26/4/12 KDA with her when I played AD eve. When she got remade I became sexually excited with the remake because it was a better version of her (even though they made her AP which i dont care about) She was insanely OP to the point i four shotted someone just wit my q and ult! And then naturally she got nerfed like crazy BUT as far as i know it was just her ult that got nerfed.
MY BUILD DOESNT RELY ON EVE'S ULT BUT ON HER OTHER ABILITIES AND AUTO ATTACKS.
Pros / Cons
Really fast mobile champ.
Epic damage early game.
Don't rely on your ultimate! (even though it's a niceeee ult)
Built in mana regen!
Relatively good farmer.
She doesn't depend on killing people too much.
If she gets stunned, shes kinda screwed. AKA PRONE TO CC.
She has a relatively low HP pool. (Squishy... In both ways >:P)
Her stealthed is depressingly ****py (they should still make the radius smaller on it's range)
VISION WARDS ARE STILL USEFUL!!!!!
Tips and Tricks That will piss the enemy off really badly!!
Fake going to base because your recall time is longer than your re-stealth time.
IF YOUR ARE STILL IN THE LANING PHASE AND YOU HAVE TWIN SHADOWS. Use it to set up counter jungle ganks with your mid laner. You can use just to scare then or just to see where they are.
PLACING WARDS DO NOT BREAK YOUR STEALTH. Ward frequently.
IF YOUR ENEMY HAS ORACLES, YOUR WARDS ARE IN DANGER NOT YOU! As far as I know, umm i think oracles only has 50 more range than your stealth range. So if the enemy has oracles just to reveal you... Well they're derp. YOU STILL MIGHT WANT TO PROTECT YOUR WARDS THOUGH! THEY HAVE FEELINGS TOO!
Ravage is a powerful nuke that instantly deals damage. Contrary to what it says on the tooltip, the full damage is actually 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+1.0 per ability power) (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) Have fun owning people who under-estimates the damage!

6) ENEMY BLUE AROUND 7:15 BE READY FOR IT.
GOOD CHAMPS TO WORK WITH.
When you have twin shadows to counter jungle, having someone with a large range/ global ability to assist you during the fight is great. Someone like Ziggs, Twisted Fate, Mantheon, Shen, Gangplank, even Nocturne...
People with immobilizes to lock down foes to kill like Ryze, Morgana, Sion, Taric, Sona and ALISTAR!!!
Anyother cc to lock down foes, Shen, Rammus, Ahri, Singed, Whiskers (Warwick), Malzahar, Vi Malphite...
Although you have burst, you may have not have enough time to kill 'em so other carries are needed. Ahri, Akali, Rengar, Talon, Graves, Ashe, Ezreal so on and so forth.
Players, CC and items that screw you over (Counter Picks)
Twisted Fate works well with as much as he counters you. With destiny screwing up your jungle and gank (potentially).
Lee Sin may be blind but he can see you and your blu smurf face!
Veigar because when you gank him, he event horizons around himself and if you get stunned, well it Veigar... YOU JUST GOT NUKED.
Ryze cuz your running like a beast and BOOM snare drooped and your gank is a fail.
Leblanc cuz shes amazing and well she has a double flash and double flash back. DEAL WITH IT.
Mordekaiser because well... both shield op (mainly passive shield) so its hard to actually do damage to him.
Same thing applies to Kassadin.
Vision wards are still annoying...
Stuns and immobilizes are annoying...
Quick Silver Sash is annoying...
Getting poked hard because you have low range is annoying.
