I'm not that crazy about Maw of Malmortius in this build. AS marks aren't really going to be enough to make the AD worth it. Wit's End might be slightly more useful, with AS + bonus damage self-synergizing somewhat, and just costing less in the first place. But I think either go straight tank, or build Triforce if you want a standalone damage item. Though it's a bit of a stretch to even get to the point of considering a sixth item... But Zeal for MS or Sheen for bonus damage would make a difference already.

So I like this guide. I'm going to be frank.

The thing you need to put in here the most, in my opinion, is a guide to jungling with her. Umm let me explain: just put a link to the how to jungle or something along those lines.

Only other things are minor, like writing more. Depth is a huge factor!

Write more in-depth, add some more things, like what to do when at certain levels, who to look for to gank, ummm other things that I can't think of off the top of my head, just use your noggin and think outside the box at what a noob at Jungle-Leona would need to know.
