I would like to point out that this is my first guide so, advice and suggestions are welcome! Edits will come to make this guide better with the help of YOUR advice! I would also like to thank CrusaderZz for helping and editing this guide. Although you probably will get flamed at for choosing Thresh Jungle, it's perfectly viable. Therefore, I suggest trying Thresh as a jungle champion in a pre-made game first as it does get tricky. First off, Thresh is a naturally tanky champion with tons of CC. Then there's his E's passive, Flay, which deals TONS of damage in basic attacks if you build AD right, as this guide teaches you to do. Some of my friends build attack speed on Thresh, but I do NOT recommend this; Flay's passive also gives Thresh more damage if he waits between attacks, meaning if you build attack speed, Thresh does less damage per basic attack.

I start off with a hard leash on ancient golem . Then I move on to wolves. After wolves, I take wraiths and I go for my red. This is when you recall and get your Spirit Stone and some Health Potion and/or sight ward. Now's time for your first gank. See who needs help. If everybody seems to be fine, gank top or bot. After the gank, if successful, recall for next item set or counter jungle. If you don't feel comfortable counter jungling yet at this phase, go back to your own jungle and take wraiths and wolves . Give the side golems to your laner or if they don't need it, take it for yourself. Always initiate monster camps by throwing your Death Sentence through the camp wall and pulling 2 times. Then, after the 2 pulls, activate Death Sentence again to pull yourself over the wall. Always Flay the monsters AWAY from you to avoid damage while you're dealing damage, yourself.

For masteries, I take 6/21/3 with coooldown reduction in offensive ( Thresh is pretty dependent on his abilities), a tanky defensive section, and mana regen in utility ( Thresh is VERY mana dependent).
