Your Jungler should help you with that one pre-6 so he can't "mushroom" your river. If his q is on cooldown you can try to burst him. If he is getting a lead you should just push another lane. You actually outscale him in the late-game.

Masteries
The most frequent is Fervor of Battle. You are an autoattacking champion so its easypeasy to get all the FoB stacks. A lot percentage of players are going with Warlords Bloodlust because of your q passive and the ultimate. In my opinion that should be a possible option against early game champions like renekton or riven (riven because you cant trade her early game). Grasp of the Undying is giving you tankiness in the lane (you could use that against early game champions as well.)
