this build requires you to hit creeps for mana, try to last hit creeps while constantly attacking, spend the extra mana from nether blade on your null sphere to harass. if you are not good at last hitting than this build is not for you, since you do not have the added comfort of spamming force pulse for creep kills your the one who has to do it. and YES only 1 pt into force pulse for the slow, nothing more. Dont forget to USE your hextech gunblade for ganks and your quicksilver sash for getting away. any constructive thoughts or comments are always welcome.

i have only set the items which i see to be necessary for this build to work, and the order you get them in. after that its up to you. sometimes swapping clarity and teleport can be nice, but i find it extremely useful since this build has very few items that will give you the huge mana that is required. staying on the front lines with the tanks can be tricky, i find spamming your null sphere on people while using clarity/netherblade is more than enough to keep em at bay. play like a caster at first (between levels 1-6) after you get riftwalk and your bilge cutlass thats when you become a ganking machine! teleport is really useful for getting yourself into position very quickly.

Another tip for those who want to try this build and use teleport instead of clarity, dont forget to buy wards. place wards in the spots where you like to wait for the team battles and use teleport onto the ward and you can get into position alot faster than the enemy team expects.

above all else dont die, have an escape plan at all times, running along walls and near brush make it so you can rift walk out of any situation. at the very least have a bush within teleport range so you can blink once and be gone. if you have to blink more than 2x to get away from someone your probably dead.
