Working on a Cooldown Reduction Kassadin
A lot of this could definitely be improved and rounded out. This is my first stab at making a Kassadin that can cast like it's going out of style.
This build will definitely be a bit squishy at the beginning and maybe even the middle of the game. However, the point is to get Kass up to where he can throw spheres and teleport with speed and dmg that he's a force to be reckoned with on his own. The runes may be overly focused on mana at this point, but the way I play at the moment usually leaves me wanting with more mana, if I'm to go for cooldown time reductions, then my mana shortages will only get worse.
The name of the game is to farm farm farm at the beginning by throwing spheres and building up pulses to sweep mins up for cash. I debated it and ultimately decided to move nether blade level one into the early game to help build up pulses faster, and get a little mana bonus to boot. The rest is still a work in progress as I try the build out in game in the next couple of weeks.
