And starting madred's razor isnt the best item when you don't even have shoes...

I dont understand how you can call it a "tank-slayer" when you dont even feature %penetration items(Void Staff/Last Whisper). Basicly anyone can get a Negatron Cloak and a Chain Vest and ignore you.

Just a bit of information for you: With items like Malady, Wit's End, and Madred's Bloodrazor, you would call a build like this "On-Hit."

I find this guide far from perfect. First off the majority of it is just one big block of text. Your masteries are also quite strange. You should go for magic pen OR armour pen not both. While heal is a viable spell you probably should take ignite or exhaust. If you want to secure a kill ignite them. Heals very rarely will keep you alive when running from enenimes. With the summoner spell change you should remove the point in defense and move your point in buther to improved ignite.

Great guide here, especially for a first time. I love all the information, but I think that taking out the Malady and build Wit's End is a better idea, because Wit's provide the sustain in battle, because people are smart, and will target you first. Try to add more pictures/videos. +1!
