Items, what I show is are very good in my opinion, because we have many health, ad and armor penetration (normal and in percents). Any other good items for him? But I don't prefer defensive build for him :P It's your choice...

Leap <== It's good to evolve this first to get good ganks or escape in hard situations. We can always jump over more enemies, when we see someone with low health, fast kill him and jump again because evolved leap have no cooldown after kill or assist.

Void Spike Taste Their Fear <== After Leap we can evolve one of this. I prefer first to evolve Void Spike, it's getting us in a good situation in teamfights when we first must poke enemies but if they still often going alone, it's better to evolve Taste Their Fear

Void Assault <== I never evolved it. I think I don't need be 1 more time invisible and take 40% reduced dmg, because it's really hard to take many dmg in 1 second, when being invisible.

Smite <== Primary Summoner Spell for jungle. I think, You don't need to explain.
Ignite <== Good to kill fleeing enemies.
Exhaust <== If You want to be sure, to kill enemy while ganks.
Flash <== For what if we can jump over all walls every few seconds?
