SUMMONERS:

Okay we need to get this out of the way.... this isn't a troll, you can of course take Teleport and Flash, but let me explain why Barrier and Ghost is better in my Opinion;

Barrier: Kled's game is all about his INSANE early with his 2nd Q proc Damage, so since Kled is an early Champion, if your Lane Opponent Doesn't Completely Dumpster you if you do this, you would almost always go for an Early Kill, and since you have ur ult, you won't Really need your Teleport, (it would still be useful tho, for bot ganks) so, then why not Ignite? well, Ignite doesn't give you courage if you lose skaarl, While Barrier will actually give you more time for Auto Attacks and Q's to get Skaarl back, wich in the end will deal more Damage then Ignite, because of your INSANE Q damage early, or the Enemy Flashes away, but that would still be wurf, since your jungler can follow up on that for a Kill.



GHOST: If you were to use Flash as Kled, you would prolly be low hp and/or Lost skaarl, if you lost Skaarl, your Movement Speed is **** So flashing won't do much good, because the enemy would just run up and kill you, and Over Walls, well, your movement speed is still ****, so the enemy would either flash too or Dash, or Casually walk around the wall and kill you anyways, so flash would only be useful for initiations, while Ghost would Outrun almost any champion in the game, so it has Way more Diversity, it can be used for Initiations AND for Escapes.
