I would disagree with your disagreement about WOTA. I believe it's the best choice on Vladimir item-wise because it helps vladimir to sustain through his lane and early game he is to squishy without it, it also helps him to cover his health costs and provides AP/Cdr which are some very nice stats on vladimir. I did try to specify under cloth armor start that you can pick up an early armguard. Also if an enemy is trying to ignore you and farm, then say thank you and start farming yourself because in most lanes you dont have much kill potential until level 9 anyway. As far as an "early rabadons" goes if you are suggesting rushing it I would disagree with you as the item itself is only worth 2610 gold. So you do need a good bit of AP before the item is efficient. Sorry for all the disagreement, but if it works for you, to each his own.

You are right about Rabadon's being the wrong item for the job. But if I have gotten my opponent to the point where they cant do anything to me, why let them farm when I can force them to stay under tower and starve? Sustain seems kinda pointless if they arent hurting me. Rylai's seems to be quite strong in this situation, with Vlad's passive, it gives a pretty hefty 110 AP, and its slow lets me keep alternating q and e until they are back under tower.

Ouch, that hurt. I do however thank you for the feedback I will be willing to implememnt a lot of those changes, I will be adding in the other sections as soon as I find the time, I would like to agree with you that the Thornmail was an oversight and a bad choice by me. Also, I'm not sure why I didn't have teleport in there and what I was thinking I probably just forgot and will put that in soon, +rep given I am currently talking with a few people about these new sections and asking around for help and stuff because I'm not that best at BBcoding. Thanks for your feedback +rep given

Hello, a couple days ago, you requested a review from my review service thread, found here. Sorry for taking so long to get to your guide. I was quite tired yesterday, and I had a lot of work on my docket.

I would like to remind you that the score attached with your guide isn't necessarily representative of the actual quality of your guide, but should instead be used as a tool for you to gauge the relative importance of the points that I brought up.

The guide itself is okay. Short and sweet, but I'd like you to add a little more content to your guide before I upvote it. If you can write a good laning phase section, team fighting section, and splitpushing section, you'll get my upvote! It'd also do you good to defend some of your item options a little bit more. For example, your argument for getting Thornmail is kinda weak imo; I'd much prefer Randuin's Omen over Thornmail... Same goes for Morellonomicon as a 6th item over Void Staff. There were a couple other things that I was kinda picky about, like not picking Teleport for a top laner.

At any rate, I hope you got something out of my review. If you did, a +rep would mean a lot to me :) If you have any questions, feel free to respond to my comment on this guide discussion thread, post a question on my review service thread, or PM me and i'll be sure to answer it as soon as i see it :> Thanks a lot for your time,
Michael

I kinda disagree about WOTA. It is definitely powerful on Vlad, but you can make due without it, and often should. If you are laning against an AD who can jump on you, such as a Riven, you HAVE to open Armguard. If you lane opponent is trying to use their durability to ignore you and farm, WOTA is also suboptimal compared to a fast Rabadons. Where it excels is when your opponent is trying to trade damage with you.
