Every city has its dark side, even one whose reputation is already of a questionable hue. Noxus - though its name is already invoked with a mixture of reverence and revulsion - is no exception to this simple truth. Deep within the winding dungeons that honeycomb the earth beneath its dark, meandering streets lies the real underbelly of this sprawling metropolis, a haven for all manner of malevolence. Amongst the cults, covens, and secret societies that call this labyrinth their home, LeBlanc, the Deceiver, presides over the Black Rose, a remnant from a lost, yet similarly unscrupulous time in Noxian history. Ruthless and seemingly ageless, LeBlanc and her ilk were a mainstay in Noxian political affairs during the era before the militarization of the Noxian government. In those days, this guild of powerful magicians met in secret to further their hidden agenda, and to hone a craft more subtle than that preferred by those currently in power.
While their exact motives have always remained mysterious, it was widely believed that the Black Rose was the true power behind the throne while the aristocracy still reigned in Noxus. When raw martial prowess became the ultimate determination of whose will held sway in the Empire, the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been bidding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

Pros / Cons
Extremely Mobile -- Able to hop over walls, etc.
Easy to play
Only single target Burst
Targetted first in Team fights.
No AoE CC.
Can be completely stopped from damaging with one well placed-Silence.
Hard to Master.
Ignite and Ghost
I chose these two spells as I find them the most useful when playing LeBlanc. Ghost is helpful for running away or for chasing people running from you. Ignite is well placed with ghost, as it is a nice DoT spell (Damage over Time) to pop and then run away on low health target.
Flash I feel this is absolutely useless with LeBlanc, as she already has two Flash-Like spells ( Distortion, and Mimic)
This spell is Decent, even though most people think not, the cooldown is amazingly short. It can be helpful to find people who hide in bushes a lot, or if someone on the other team is jungling. A quick Clairvoyance on Baron may also help you get a quick Ace.
Please, please, PLEASE, do not use this, every time this is used, God kills a kitten. A quite, white, little one too.
If you don't start spamming your spells (Mostly single target, mind you!) on Minions, this will not be needed. Ever. LeBlanc DOES recall a lot the way I build her, so you should always have mana.
This spell is better on tanks, and defensive characters. LeBlanc could use Clairvoyance
more to her advantage than this.
If you REALLY want to give up ghost for this, be my guest. It can help with getting to places to gank, but running away and quick chases, this is NOT the best choice.
I find zero use for this as LeBlanc, as once your silenced, your chain is messed up anyhow.
So this is basically "You already killed my damage, so, I'm gonna unsilence myself to waste a cooldown"
Don't use this, ever. This may seem "OP" or "Awesome" at low levels, but then they pop Ignite on you and your dead.
This may be a good idea for OTHER characters, I guess, but as LeBlanc, you shouldn't ever be dying, as Dying = REALLY bad on her.
Ghost is a better choice, as it allows you to run away from multiple opponents. But this could be used if you really don't like ghost.
Jungling spell. Not for you. If a LeBlanc is jungling, we've got an issue.
My choice for a spell rotation is as follows.
For Basic Attacking:
Sigil of Silence -> Mimic -> Distortion -> Ethereal Chains
For a Running Target:
Ethereal Chains -> Distortion -> Mimic -> Sigil of Silence -> Ethereal Chains
(You may use Distortion first if needed to catch your target.)
For Running Away:
Ethereal Chains -> Distortion (AWAY from them!!!) -> Mimic -> Ethereal Chains
On your basic attack, if you are silenced in between Sigil of SIlence and Mimic, or Mimic and Distortion, you will not get the full damage amount of these spells, wasting mana, time, a cooldown, and your finger's energy.
In this guide, after you get your Soulstealer, you CANNOT DIE. Dying with this build will result in a massive loss of AP, which in turn will reduce your power, which will make you die even MORE. Recall after EVERY battle with a champion. This is time consuming, sure, but when your 45/0/30 You'll love me.
Thanks for reading my first guide.
