Kog Maw can be a very powerfull adc since he deals tons of damage at early levels. Be sure to launch the Caustic Spittle before hitting enemies with basic attacks because it will reduce their defence for a short duration. When an enemy tries to escape, Kog's Bio-Arcane Barrage will damage him from a distance and help you secure the kill. You can use Living Artillery to constantly damage your enemies and make them run away.

One of the best aspects of Kog' Maw is his incredible passive. Don't be dissapointed with your death, just try to add 1 more kill to your score.
