Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Since it got buffed it's more useful than barrier, for urself and for your team.
The speedbuff is a great way to engage ot disengage.
Heal also scales better into lategame.
Well, nothing to say.
If you don't like Heal.
Barrier is still better than Heal in some Situations, e.G. If you want to Block incoming damage, which isn't possible with Heal.
Standard Item for Vayne, useful against Tanks or Assasins which can easily jump on you, it also provied
BT is also a very good Item on Vayne 'cause it's scaling pretty well with Vayne's W.
Only good if you feel confident and there is no1 able to kill you too easy.
Always a good Item. If you get focused out in a Team Fight this is a must buy.
Because while you're GA is being used your Team normally should be able to take your Focuser down.
Pretty good against Burst Champions like LeBlanc, > Banshees cuts her damage dramatically down.
It's also pretty good against poke Champs like Nidalee.
Banshee's also giving you some sustain in late game.
Maxing W provides you some decent damage in early, 2x AA on the enemy then Q him.
It is also necessary against Tanks since it's dealing damage depending on the enemies maximum Health.
Maxing Q provides you some early dodging abilities. I'd normally only max. Q vs a Poke lane.
Kinda standard ADC Masteries.
The reason I didn't chose Double-Edged Sword is that Vayne deals already heavy damage without it and if she would recieve that extra 1,5% damage her laning phase would be probably even weaker.
Standard ADC Masteries.
As I already said LF Quints got nerfed and ATK SPD Quints got buffed. So I prefer ATK SPD Quints more than LF Quints. Mixing both is also a posibility.
Giving you enough AD in early. Also standard ADC marks.
Giving you enough Armor for the laning Phase. Also standard ADC seals.
6x Magic Resist glyphs should be enough in the laning phase, since you shouldn't be too close to the enemies support.
3x ATK SPD giving you additional ATK SPD in early, which is a good thing on Vayne.
Since Vayne has a weak early she needs a strong Support. Thresh, Leona and Morgana are my 3 favourite Match-ups with Vayne, all providing some CC.
Pros Thresh: His hook is giving you a good way to engage/disengage, just like his Flail and Lantern.
Pros Leona: Bringing you massive CC in your lane. With a good Leona the only thing to do is Auto-Attack and maybe E him onto a Wall, if needed.
Pros Morgana: Her Q is a great snare, once hit by it you've got a victim prepared.
Her Spell shield is also useful on Vayne 'cause of her weak early. Makes her immune to stuns, snares etc.
Pros / Cons
+ Very strong late game
+ Very strong against tanks
+ Strong in most of the 1v1
- Weak early game
- Easy target
