Hi, This is going be my first guild of many I hope of my guild to playing supports! I am one of the rare players that main only supports in this game. And I feel its my job to help others who are looking to play as a support. This guild will give you a basic overview of what you are going need to play as Lulu support! Sorry for a Lack of things, Still learning the tools of building theses things!

For Runes I go with Seals of Mana Regen to help you out early game stay in lane since you use a lot of mana early game. I also use Marks of Armor to help early game with countering the enemys pokes. And Ability power Glyphs to Give you that extra bit of damage early game. My Quints are to help me move around the map faster then others. Helps you chase down your target to hit your slow in a chase, and to flee fast if in need to run and you give your speed buff to a ally.

For masteries I just go for a basic overlay, but I get myself the 10% cool-down so I start with it Level 1 and only need to put 30% from items to max it out.

I always Max Out Whimsy First Because its Really powerful all game disabling and slowing a enemy, the long it last the better I always say! I level My q and my e the same as they are fine to scale up.

What Lulu is good for, Shes really aggressive champion. You want to be always poking with her, The down side to this is she spends her mana really fast, combined with long cool downs makes her easy to gank once shes used her abilitys. A good thing about her is her CC that her kit provides.
A down side is that shes squishy. But makes up with the fact that shes really mobile and has slows.
