Hello,I am Blackrock414,I main Master Yi the so called"Cancer of league".
I understand that there are a lot of people who choose to play him due to his infamous low skill.That is actually wrong.
In this guide,I attempt to teach you how to make good decisions and outplay your oppenents so hard they called you a scripter

Being Yi attracts attention with can be good if your tank.

The cheatsheet is current broken for me,

Thunderlords is a option if you decide to go very aggrisive early game.

AS Quints and Runes-It gives speeds your early clear up,by reducing the CD of Alpha faster.
Armor Yellows-To get you pass the tough jungle area
CD-enough CD to Meditate 2-3 times during the first clear and between buffs.

Why not AD reds then?
I have tried it you take at least 100 more damage and around 10 second slower than going AS.

Guinsoos is currently one of the best item to get on AA base champ,with Gunblade you can heal quite a bit from the aoe ,and it also heals from the true damage of Wuju style

Deathcap,Zhonyas act as a buffer to increase the healing for W,I love Zhonyas as it allows me to enter invaunerable for longer time during a fight and wait for my alpha

The Bork Build focuses on decimating the carries and put out as much damage as possible so thats why mainly it is so damage heavy,BloodThirster is only advice when they have a tanky ADC(Graves,Urgot)

For the Tank Build you just go in and tank the damage while putting out quite a bit,also you can holder longer with your meditate as it heals ur MISSING HEAlTH

You should be able to finish the full clear

Back grab your items and continue.Look out for low enemy or lanes with good hard CC

Against these terrors,try to take an awkward route,

like golems->red->wolfs->Blue->wraiths->Gromp

You want to avoid them as hard as possible until you get your jungle item or hit 6.

But against ,if she is quite low,turn on her,and remember to use your meditate as soon as she uses her spider Q,that will be your killer,so negate that and you win.

There are certain combos or just tricks that some expereienced yi players know,while some just play him into 1v5 and die.

The Alpha dodge timing

Very simple all you need is to time your alpha strike to a coming cc or burst.This can work for Syndra's Ultimate,Veigar's Ult,Taric stun.

Meditate block and AA reset

Similar to Alpha,your W has the effect of NEGATING of 70% damage.Thats alot.And it can act as an aa reset.Use ur w at the instance the damage spell comes,for the block.
Use it to stutter your animation to aa reset

Save Meditate only when they blew all the hard CC,as if your meditate is canceled it shortens your lifespan in teamfights and DPS by alot

You need to look at the map,is there anyone low,if not farm.

In Teamfights,alot of Yi loves to jump into their whole team and die,thats not how you carry,always lie back until the damage carries use their their damage skill or is focusing others,while their front line is thin.Use this and go in.

I cannot pinpoint you in every situtaion and it all relies on you,Im just giving you a general way to play Yi in teamfights

This guide is simple and I will try my best to add more.And do not complain when you acutally charge in 1v5
