Welcome to the guide.
I'm Yo Zack (Zack) from the NA servers I am silver 4 but I do not play ranked. Enough about me, Master Yi is known as an op jungler, while I agree with this, I also disagree. Yi is easily killed by burst damage + cc. He cannot and should NEVER initiate a fight. Remind your teammates this. If you initiate you die. No matter how fed you will die, well, okay maybe if you have 10 levels on them but otherwise don't unless they're all extremely low and are running or splitting up, you can't 1v5. However, he is the god of backdooring, and is an amazing split pusher.
: Double strike is what gives yi so much damage, it essentially gives you 2 chances for crit in 1 attack, or statikk shiv charges.
: This is how yi gets to squishies, avoids potentially a lot of damage in the process, and is a very needed gap closer to kill ranged dpss.
: This skill is just over powered, it gives yi so much health back and at the same time reduces ALL damage by 70%!!!!! excluding true damage ofc. You can meditate wile being attacked to easily win early 1v1s. It also heals a ton at all levels 25-40%ish without health items/runes.
: Another skill making yi incredibly powerful, it gives him passively ( all the time, except when on cooldown ) 10% of his total ad, it's like an AD rabadon's, if you activate it it gives instead bonus true damage that is up to 20% of his AD + a base 30. However, do not active right away unless you can get the kill/you have highlander and can get a kill.
: As if it weren't enough, his ultimate highlander gives him up to 40% more movement speed and 80% more attack speed, AND when he gets a kill or assist all of his spells get 70% of their CD taken away, so you can basically alpha strike right after you get a kill. However it does not lower it's own CD because that'd be too much. Even though the CD is extremely short at level 3. And finally it removes and prevents all slows on master yi during the 10 second duration which is increased per kill/assist by 4 seconds, so that means it will last the entire team fight unless you die.

With my build you should not have to stack the wriggle's lantern super efficiently, but it does help to have the feral flare. My normal routes are the buff, wraiths, and the other buff, then gank ( ill get into how to gank in another section ). The other clear is the opposite, buff, wolves, buff, and gank. With 4 items yi's clear is legendary, in a few seconds the camp is gone.
With this build ganking is something that you can do, however it is not like other champions, because yi is a dps you are never looking for a kill unless they are extremely low, all you want to achieve is forcing the enemy laner to back, it seems to be a waste of time, but it will be similar to giving your ally a kill, they gain more cs, more xp, and can take towers.
Split pushing with Yi is only efficient if your team does not have an initiator, or if you're getting focused and no one is peeling which is fairly common because your alpha strike makes you disappear thus making your team think there's nothing to protect. If you do have an initiator or if someone is peeling you shouldn't be split pushing unless you can take 2 towers / an inhibitor, or even nexus.
