EXPLANATION
Why i think this Build is strong.
1. You get immense On-hit (Duh)
2. Because you get so much Movement Speed you can Kite very easely
3. You are way more tanky because you get so much Hp from titanic and trinity + the Mr from Wits End
4. You still do Tons of damage because Season 11

CONS
The cons are pretty Clear.
1. You have no Crit
2. You "only" have the 3 Attack Bork "burst"
3. You rely heavely on the Lethal Tempo proc to actually do damage.
