You basically stole this build from the original best Soraka build, and the rest of the info is put out in stupid formats, as if you are ridiculing mobafire and/or league of legends.

Here's some constructive criticism:

1) Your runes. omfg. You can only get 9 seals, 9 marks, 9 glyphs and 3 quints.

2) You don't get a level of until level 10. I believe that's a mistake, as it is a useful ability in teamfights.

3) ... your items... You don't even get boots until your last item... And then you get a ... why?

4) You get the mastery upgrade when you don't get ! Same with the and !
