After your initial buy with Doran's Blade, build Avarice Blade to start stacking gold early game with your normal CS. This will increase your advantage against enemy ADC since you will be building faster. Avarice blade will be used for your Stattik Shiv but first build your Bloodthirster for higher DPS early game.
