Greater Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power are horrible. It's a good idea to improve you AP trought the game, but Flap AP is better until yo ureach level 12. I know that morde is easy to level up, but it's too much asking to level up to 12 before important team fights.
I'd prefer Runic Affinity over Vampirism even if you don't want to get blue or red you'll get it form enemies or from enemies, so why not? 20% CDR or an on hit slow aren't so bad too keep up ;)
In my opinion Havoc is just useless move a point to Spellsword if you want to improve your AA and 2 points on Butcher if you want to better your last hits.
Teemo, Cassiopeia and Talon aren't really coutnerpicks. Talon lacks of burst damage to take Mordekaiser down in the worst case he can make you waste your ulty to survive. Cassiopeia is limited for the condition to apply Twin Fang she need to poison you whcih means to get hit by other skills easy to dodge if you aren't noob. Teemo is a pain in the ***, but if you harass safly and keep farming he could just blind you... if you don't go mad and follow him trough bushes there will be no probems. If you want to kill him be sure to check bushes wtih Vision Ward and do not let the jungler gank you.
Ahri isn't a counter she is countered by Mordekaiser. Morde's Shield is perfect to protect from Ahri costant damages. She'll soon run out of mana and health.
LeBlanc is an early game coutner you jsut should play safe and you'd be fine. However she's pretty useless in late game so you'd rarely find her in ranked games.
