About Morgana

Morgana is a squishy mage with all of her skills based on Ability Power. She comes with 3 CC abilities and her combos are very dependent on the player's ability to successfully chain them together with her DoT ability. Because Morgana, like Brand, is combo dependent she can become mana hungry which is why you'll see so many mana regen items in this build.

Your primary runes can change depending on your play style, but generally you should be using something like: Magic Pen. Marks, Armor Seals, and Ability Power or Scaling AP Glyphs, with your Quints of Ability Power.

Of course these can be rotated out to suit the needs of each player's style.

Alternative Marks:
Mark of Cooldown Reduction, Mark of Mana, Mark of Mana Regen, or Mark of AP or Scaling AP

Alternative Seals:
Seal of Scaling Mana Regen, Seal of Cooldown Reduction, Seal of AP or Scaling AP, or Seal of Magic Resist.

Alternative Glyphs:
Glyph of Cooldown Reduction or Glyph of Mana Regen.

Ultimately leaving the Quints the same.

Farming with Morgana can be difficult at times, because her (W) Tormented Soil is the only damaging Ability that she can farm with. This is because you'll want to save your snare & ultimate for enemy champs.

Morgana's Passive ability Soul Siphon gives her built in Spell Vamp, allowing you to stay in lane for long periods of time.

Her (E) Ability Black Shield Only absorbs enemy champions' QWER Abilities! Despite its name, Black Shield cannot be used as an actual shield against basic attacks turret fire, and does not block summoner spells like ignite and other dots from taking effect. Black shield also does not negate Item On-Hit Effects like slows.

During her Ultimate Ability Morgana can freely walk around. However if she or the target get too far away from Morgana during the duration of the ability the shackles break, the target does not get stunned, and the slow stops affecting the target.
