Try to dodge the zyra skills,don't fight when she starts with all,only run,fight when zyra don't have his ultimate,after level 3,its a easy matchup,because zyra don't have mobility,desengage or sustain,a good start in zyra or the enemy adcarry is a easy kill.

Try to dodge his Q,always stays in a safe position,build fast a Aegis of Legion,don't be caught by his ultimate,fight when his ultimate and Q are in cooldown.
Alistar
Don't be thrown back by his W,if he want to do this,use your desengage and passive speed to kite him,aplly a lot of harassment,abuse of your sustain,always target the enemy adcarry.
Nami is good vs every champion that is dependent of POKE,or don't have a good engage,or don't have mobility,or don't have a good desengage,example: Lulu or Lux
Nami is bad against every champion that have a good burst and engage,or a extremely good desengage example: Leona and Braum.

You have to go with exhaust if have a champion in the late game that you go stop in the team fights,or if you know that your jungle will gank you many times.
You have to go with Ignite if have a champion in the opponent's team that have heal (except the adcarry heal),or if you want to be more offensive without your adcarry
