This build is possible because of his E. It's like an AOE nashor's tooth for free, plus you have CC and still get tanky. It's like mundo or darius, the tanks that will still out-damage you.
With the jungling, you can solo rift herald and late-game you can solo baron

Items

Nashor's is obvious. Guinsoo's is like the new devourer, double-proc'ing nashor's and your E. Frozen mallet is to stick to them and counter kiting. I personally finish with swifties, wit's end, and a tank item like spirit visage.
If you are jungle, grab bloodrazor instead of tank item

Teamfights

CC the front line to have time to make it to the carries and kill them. You can fight their front line instead if your team has an assassin.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
    High AOE damage
    Still tanky
    High base damage
Cons:
    Can be kited if you don't get an auto with mallet or have chilling smite up
    No escapes or mobility

Skill Sequence

Max E first no matter what. For jungling, max Q second for ganks, and laning, max W second.
