Bloodlust: This skill will heal you for:
30/40/50/60/70 (+1.5 per ability power)
And will heal you extra 0.65 / 1.15 / 1.65 / 2.15 / 2.65 per 1 fury consumed!
Maxing your heal out at 335 with 0 AP
And it will increase your flat damage by 5/10/15/20/25,
and will increase your damage addiotionally by: 0.15/0.2/0.25/0.3/0.35 per 1% of health missing
Cooldown 12 seconds.
This skill is without any doubt your best skill.
Bloodlust will heal you for an impressive 335 when maxxed at lvl 9 and it does aswell boost your damage and also increases with the amount of damage done to you, so all in all: Lower hp queals more damage.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Mocking Shout: Enemies who have their backs turned to you will be slowed upon use
and will be slowed by: 30/37.5/45/52.5/60 %
It also decreases the attack damage by 20/35/50/64/80 of any champion in range, which is extremely powerfull against other physical characters.
Cooldown 14 Seconds.
This skill make you so much better in 1 versus 1 situations, ganks, teambattles, detecting invis units/ enemies. In areas out of sight and chasing and why this is so has easy answers. First of all, this skill slows anyone with their back turned to you (pretty much every situation where you chase someone or gank someone as they will be running) and it decreases their current damage with 80, and this fits pretty much all the scenarios written above.

Spinning Slash: With this skill you can spin through your enemies dealing physical damage to enemies in his path.
The cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds whenever Tryndamere critically strikes.
No cost
Range: 660
Spin radius: 225
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9seconds
Physical Damage: 70/100/130/160/190 (+1.0 per ability power) (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)
This skill should rarely be used for farming, the thing you should use it for, is to travel! So, being ganked? Spinning Slash over a wall. Chasing someone? Spinning Slash and Mocking Shout. Seeing a opportunity to score a kill under the tower? Spinning Slash in and use Mocking Shout, hit once or twice, or however many times you need to score the kill, and then because Spinning Slash get 2 sec less cooldown every crit, you can now use Spinning Slash to get out again. So point being, this skill should be used for most part to travel, as a gap closer or to flee, though it can be useful when clearing minion waves, it wont be used alot for farming, though picking up lasthits that you just wouldn't get because of to low attackspeed is this one of the occasions you would use this skill to farm.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Undying Rage: Makes you ignore death for 5 seconds, and gives you 50 / 75 / 100 Fury which equals to about 26% crit chance with bloodlust being lvl 5, the thing you plan to do during theese seconds is the most important decision you'll make as playing Tryndamere, theese few seconds will come every now and then, and the things you do during this time is what separates you from the noob Tryndamere's and the good ones. I will give you a few hints on what to do now:
If you and your team engage in a teamfight and things go south, and you have a very very slim chance to survive if you would try to escape, or if you know that you wouldn't, then why waste 2-3 seconds of your 5 seconds ultimate to just die? MAKE USE OF IT! If you can't get away, don't bother trying, stay and fight that few last seconds maybe earning you or your team one or two kills, which in this turn would make your death not in vain!

OFFENSE
You want to deal as much damage as possible so just follow the Offensetree.
DEFENSE
1 point in
Summoner's Resolve
to improve your Heal by 10%.
UTILITY
Less death time and motherfcking Movementspeed.
Runes
Greater Seal of Armor will boost your Armor early. Grab Toplane and you will mostly face a AD.
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist if you face a AP somehow. Maybe Swain, Akali, Gragas, Galio, Jax, Nidalee, Rumble or Kennen.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist Endgame Pwnage.
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage will boost your early damage a lot.
Once i took Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed by mistake but i worked out fine so this could be a alternative rune.
Take Q Bloodlust first and fill your Ragebar. Than grab your E Spinning Slash spin to win onto your enemy and land a crit or two. Repeat this a few times and than kill him with Ignite.
So basically max your Q Bloodlust first than you can decide between maxing E Spinning Slash next or Mocking Shout but i usually go for E Spinning Slash.
R Undying Rage when possible ofc.

I always start with boost of speed followed by Vampiric Scepter and Zeal.
The most important Coreitem now will be Infinity Edge.
From this point you can decide on your own:
Pwnagebuild: very easy games
Tankybuild:
EDIT:
So many people complaining about these multiple Phantom Dancer. It's just I like this item from the past, where it also gives Dodge. I played Master Yi a lot and stacked 3 Phantom Dancer and Seals of Evasion to get almost 100% Dodge. Now Dodge is removed and it ain't worth to do this anymore.
Better alternative would be:

- Bloodthirster deep**** damage and lifeleech
- Quicksilver Sash if they got annoying CC
- Phantom Dancer Crit of Doom + Movementspeed + Attackspeed
- Last Whisper if they got any tanks

Better alternative would be:
- Youmuu's Ghostblade Cheeper and gives more Damage but get it soon. I would get it after your Boots.
- 2nd Bloodthirster A lot more Damage and Lifesteal but you have to stack it.
- Hextech Gunblade Dunno. Never tried it but should work. Gives you nice amount of Damage and AP for your Bloodlust and double slow. But maybe too expensive.
- Last Whisper definitely worth to buy it against high Armor.
- Madred's Bloodrazor Armor, Attackspeed, Damage and On-Hit Damage. Sounds pretty good but also expensive.
- Guardian Angel Armor, Magic Resis and 3rd Life....
Play as aggressiv as possible. When you hit lvl 2 try to kill them. As i mentionted E Spinning Slash followed by some crits and ignite.
And then farm your *** off.
Don't be afraid to do 2v1. Just kill one than use your R Undying Rage and BE A MAN FOR 5 SECONDS!!

Many player think that Tryndamere is OP and i have to say: NAHHOOUUHH ULULULULUL....
He's quite OP if you know how to play him but if not it gonna be a total disaster...
Good Luck, Have Fun~
Btw: DuffTime got a lot influence in this "guide" because i red his Guide before playin' Tryndamere.
His and mine guide is quite the same but I got some Itemsuggestions in it but his is a LOOOOOT more detailed. It's definitely worth to check his guide first.
Also check out his other awesome guides.
