Caution for pro Orianna's only (or people with really good timing)
To start off I am not nearly done with this more will be come as to why Orianna is the BEST SUPPORT.
But if you don't believe me try it your self before you start to hate one must appreciate. Well lets just dive in shall we?

I put health re-gen in there because look at Ori's set do you see a heal? I didn't think so this is so even if you do get harassed you don't care. You should, in lane, either have the ball on your adc or in the bush so having it on yourself is a big nono.

Marks
Who doesn't need mana?

Glyphs
So more cool downs is pretty much the same as more shields and I don't go per level because your really only using this early game during the laning phase. More cdr = more shields.

Quints
Ap quints for the SUPER SUPPORT SHIELDS early on.

Staring Explanation)
You get the extra gold from your masteries to buy these two wards and that is really all you need in the start. if your purple keep a ward in tri, if your blue keep a ward in the blue entrance to river early. This start is to get you that earlier Philo and get that gold rolling.

Early Explanation)
The gold and the wards just buy wards all game unless...
a) you have a jungler who is also building Ruby Sightstone.
b) you wanna get a Sightstone and but wards then get a Sightstone here but it takes up a slot and you will only have 3 wards late game instead of 5 so you will probably sell it

THE CORE)
This is where it gets real as Ori supp. Mikael's Blessing is such an underrated item. It gives you as an ori supp a Heal a clense for a friend mana regen and MR. ALL THINGS THAT ARE GOOD FOR SUPPORT
ESPECIALLY ONE WITHOUT A HEAL. The cd boots for more shields and stuff. And picture this for the blizzard so you put your ball on a tank he goes into a teamfight all of a sudden BOOM you ulti and slow them with your w BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE your press that blizzard a *PACHOW* there whole team is slowed even more and the rest of your team cleans up.

remember to buy wards still tweaking the items a bit.
