Nice build, maybe you should consider some items like Infinity Edge or Last Words... aand if you play with stacks ( ocultice sword) you will need tanky items to dont lost your stacks... Frozen Mallet is good, but Banshee's Veil Guardian Angel (imo the best choice) is also great. :)
