Heimerdinger The Revered Inventor not quite as bursty as other Mages but still as good.
Abilities
these ability give you full control of your lane
Passive
Techmaturgical Repair Bots is Heimerdinger Passive. This will provide Heimerdinger and allied structures with 10/15/20/25 (Levels 1,6,11 and 16) Health Regeneration per 5 sec.
Allows you to heal towers and allies just by standing next to them great for defensive play and fixing minor dmg in your towers.
Q: 28G Evolution Turret
Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana
Cooldown: 1 second (you are able to place a turret every 17 seconds)
Range: 250
Turret range: 525
Turret attack speed: 1.25
Sight Radius: 625
Great for farm and your main source of damage you can take out 2-3 minions at once with this ability also work with enemies too.
W: Hextech Micro-Rockets
Cost: 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 / 145 mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Range: 1,000
one of your CC great damage but pretty hard to position since it'll target the thing that's visibly closest to you.
E: CH-1 Concussion Grenade
Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana
Cooldown: 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds
Magic Damage: 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+0.6 per ability power)
Blind Duration: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds

Radius: 250
Stun radius: 100
Projectile speed: 750 (seems like 0.1)
Your utility,and escape plan one of the important yet hard to maneuver ability it can blind and stun if it hit directly on target it also allows you to check your bushes by throwing it in the bush.

(Passive): Heimerdinger gains 10 / 15 / 20% cooldown reduction.
Cooldown: 120 / 105 / 90 seconds
Turret Slow: 20 / 25 / 30%
Cost: 90 mana
it does what the name say it upgrades all of your other abilities it'll make your Q have slow effect your W will target up to 5 people instead of 3 and deal more damage and your E move faster last for 6 second.
Items
Killer Heimer: Start with a
Meki Pendant and 2 health potion go mid farm the lane give a pull if you need to just remember do not take their buff or little minnion so if they decide to dive you early remember you E stun them on the turret then take the kill (>_<) then go back buy a
Fiendish Codex get a
Boots of Speed go out farm or kill somethin get
Sorcerer's Shoes and maybe a Charlice of Harmony go out again push down some towers get in to some team fights get an
Athene's Unholy Grail and an
Giant's Belt if you can and another
Blasting Wand go out again push some more towers down go back get a
Rylai's Crystal Scepter then get the important items
Needlessly Large Rod and another
Blasting Wand to a
Rabadon's Deathcap get another
Needlessly Large Rod for a
Zhonya's Hourglass and another
Blasting Wand for the
Void Staff
Helper Heimer: to support as heimer you gotta have as much aura items as possible and some ability power start with
Mana Manipulator few health potion go out support your carry or somethin than go and buy
Boots of Speed than buy Kindle Gem turn it into
Soul Shroud then give him a few kills then get an
Ionian Boots of Lucidity buy another Kindle Gem and a
Philosopher's Stone for the
Shurelya's Reverie for that speed boost for the team fight and chase down everyone TAKE NO PRISONERS than buy a
Heart of Gold for that extra money than buy a
Warden's Mail for a Raduin's Omen for that slow to chase everyone down with your
Shurelya's Reverie and KILL EVERYONE and another aura item in this case buy a
Ruby Crystal
and
Null-Magic Mantle for the item
Aegis of the Legion then get a
Blasting Wand for your last item
Abyssal Scepter now you have unnatural tankiness for an AP Champion.
TeamWork/Fights
Team work: first of all you would want to place down all the turret you have in the team fight then throw a grenade to stun as much enemies champion as possible so your team and you can DEAL SOME DAMAGE before they fight back.
Fights: for 1v1 with Heimerdinger it either Fight or Flee to fight place down both your turret and throw a grenade so you can wear them down and avoid taking as much damage as possible to flee you just throw a grenade to stun them then run and flash over some wall or just try to get as much distance as possible.
Summoner Spells
: Fleeing or chasing mechanism for Heimerdinger as he quite slow so you can just flash up close and rocket to get the kill
: This is for alot of situation defending your turret protecting your team folow minion waves to push down a tower it's very useful for someone as slow as Heimerdinger.
: set your enemy on fire as they run a way cower in fear of your mustache
: use it to push down towers with minnions
: could be good for you or your AD carry
: for health situation you know

Summary
this is my 2nd build its a work in progress and kinda sucky I do what I know how to do and tell me how to do other stuff if you can like cool design and stuff you know and I might change this alot too DABEAST OUT!
