Ability Sequence need to be fixed: at start you have WEQE... and later in guide: WEEQ... (Once you hit level 4 you should put one point in Bandage Toss)
From my point of view leave WEEQ.
More to this part: you have a fork for agressive Amumu, but it has a difference at start of the ability sequence: "WEQ" Vs. "EWQ"
You'd better put some explanation on this as well as it is not as clear as may be you think it is.

Actually you are correct, in some cases Amumu's Despair does do more damage to certain jungle camps and increases overall clear time. On the other side maxing Tantrum first gives damage reduction which is a huge help and lets you clear the jungle healthier.

Great guide! Very nice detail and looks great! The build is good too but I would finish the last sections if I were you.

Thanks so much for your feedback! The guide is far from complete and I foolishly published it -_-

I just recently was looking around and saw that some people max q first so I will definitely take that into consideration, I will be sure to like your guide! :D

Probably best to just leave the jungle item in your final build becaseu it'll rarely go to that late in the game that you sell it.

Usual skill order for Amumu jungle is E>Q>W. W last because percent health damage only becomes strong late game. E first because it does pretty nice damage and also makes jungling incredibly easy. Q second because as your engage spell the lower cool-down and higher burst is really nice to have. Some people who gank often as Amumu even max Q first, but that's preference.

Finish the guide. Items and team-fights are very important sections that you should have had done when you published the guide.

There are better AP tank items than rylais. Abyssal Mask and Haunting Guise/ Liandry's Torment are much stronger because of the penetration, Liandry's especially because of the extra health shred.
