I hate to do this, as i see you put alot of work into this, but im gonna need to downvote. First off, you should advertise this as multiple builds. In the "cheat sheet" area, you may want to put the build you generally use, instead of ALL the rune choices and ALL the main/core items. I also strongly disagree with getting greed over 15% increased buff duration, or even the 1 mana per 5. Greed gives you 1 gold every 10 seconds. Thats 6 gold per minute, and 240 gold over a 40 minute game (which even nowadays is not that common. The build is very confusing to me, as i dont really see any suggested item combo's. You may want to put together a few items like 
Youmuu's Ghostblade, Infinity Edge, and Trinity Force. If i was a new character, wanting to learn about gangplank, this guide wouldnt really tell me what to do. i think its not terrible for people that have reached level 30 already. I also see no real reason to get Shurelya's Battlesong. I can understand getting an early philosophers stone for the extra GP/5 and sustain, but theres so many better items you could get in late game. With gangplank's speed, the active on yomuu's, and the slow from his ult, he'll almost be sure to catch them. this may not always be the case for you because your red buff slow isnt lasting long enough! (hint hint). Alright, ill be checking back in a few days to see if i need to change that -1 to a +1. i would also appriciate you replying to my comment. maybe even prove me wrong :D
