Pros
-Great Carry
-Good Harass
-Great Early Lane Survivability
-With Ultimate can turn the tides of any team fight
-Tank destroyer with his Q
-One of the greatest escape champions in the game
-You can use S hotkey to stop when escaping to fool people
-You can use his Q on turrets for more damage on it
-He has one of the best chases in the game
-LoL's Monkey King is better than HoN's Monkey King
-He's the only black champion( He's a monkey ) ;)
Cons
-His ultimate could be a lot stronger
-People are beginning to realize decoys so S to Stop is becoming a lot harder to do
-He's not OP so there are many different OP champs that you could spend your money on( if your gay...)
-I don't really know of any other Cons :D

I pick Armor Penetration MarksGreater Mark of Desolation because early game when using his Q, you will be doing true damage to enemies in lane. Dodge Seals
for those clutch dodges when running to your turret, one hit away from dying, so the enemy team can say **** YOU in all chat ;) Cooldown Glyphs
because who doesn't want shorter cooldowns on their abilities? ;) And more Armor Penetration QuintessencesGreater Quintessence of Desolution for your early game true damage.
I choose the path of the normal tank masteries for that better early game sustain. My number one rule is that you stay in lane as long as you can for exp and farm. On an average 20 minute lane phase game and i can spend 15-18 minutes of that in lane with this build. Being in lane as much as possible is the best thing you can do...You get more Exp( which means more damage compared to enemies )and you get more farm ( which means you don't even have to be fed to get your build going fast ).
I get one point in all of my moves by level 4 just so you have your escape. Then you max your E
since it is your most damaging move and it is just plain awesome. Then max your Q
for that extra armor penetration and to add to your "E" "Q" combo! Finally get your Decoy
maxed because you don't really need any more skill points on it after you have 1 on it early game.
Always start your attack with and as soon as you hit that hit your Q for that extra armor pen and then basic attack with your increased damage from and your increased attack speed from . One awesome thing you can do is...if someone is sitting in front of their turret with really low health you can dash in with Nimbus Strike, then hit your Q, they die, then use your decoy and most of the time the turret will hit that if you are far enough way, and if there is another enemy they will go for that instead of you :D

because I think you have to run flash in this new meta game because everyone uses it ( even though i hate using it... ). Ignite is great for getting those people who are running to their turret with low health and then you flash ignite them and they die and then they cuss you out in ALL chat :D
When the game starts you always have that hard decision on what lane to go to and who to go with? When playing Poooooooooooooooo**** you never want to go mid unless you have to. The only good mechanic he has for mid is his dash ( the only harass he has ). I've also never jungled with Wukong so if you have any suggestions for that i would glady like to insert it somewhere :) Anyways when picking your lane you always want to go with someone tanky. My friend plays multiple tanks so i go with him, I'd say that the best tanks to go with are

. When farming, try to last hit with your
for the extra damage because Wukong is not mana hungry at if I do say so myself.
Alright now for the awesome Item build! Always start with

for that Lifesteal and if you have get the full stacks on it you get 100 more attack damage.
