really hard matchup. due to the nature f poppys dmg to be focussed on heavy physical dmg, she has hard times to break through morganas shield. try to outplay her with making your e unpredictable

she lacks Synergy in Lane with:

Poppys Capabilities
Her greatest part in Lane are a constant harrass through passive procs, great trading with her shield and a better scaling than most supports.
Even though she does not provide sustain, nor range abilities (well you can say e is on range but more like midrange gapcloser, that creates a gap between you and your own adc.... so whatever NO range :D ) but she has the ability to 1. Proc Relic Shield executes from range (passive counts as melee attack) 2. chain cc into walls with e 3. negate ganks with ult and w and 4. she can immidiatly turn fights when you isolate support/adc from each other
