I don't know i played poppy for a meme in the jng and i find out that tank with conqueror is almost always a win. Just peel your team-mates and focus the enemy adc, with the amount of health and defensive stats that you will have you won't die, and since conqueror heals you (even from sunfire and thronmail damage) you can tank a whole fight and come out fresh and clean like nothing has happened.
