As you may have realized, the build isn't finished yet, and actually one of the main changes will be the final appereance, but anyway, I'll take into account your advices, really helpful.

Over all pretty decent guide, needs to be tweaked here and there and maybe a small item order change would fit. here is where you should improve:

Item order+ Runes:

Since your only magic resist early game comes from this: Greater Glyph of Magic Resist then you might want to consider switching the item order a little bit:

if you start with thornmail, then you might want to consider getting some mr\hp, and if you get sunfire right after its ok, very risky tho, so what i would reccomend is rushing Banshee's Veil, giving you some early game hp\mana, magic resist, and most awesome of all, the passive to block a spell, i know it doesnt sound much but when your whole early game build is full armor then getting an early item block a spell item can really help you against casters such as leblanc and brand which are both early game casters and they can pretty much RAPE you if you have no mr.
so either get more MR from runes, or go for an early banshee's, you can also just buy very early in the game this: Negatron Cloak and then proceeding to buy sunfire.

Warmog's Armor pretty much my most Hated item as a tank, i think a tank should get his hp from items that gives some resistances, such as sunfire banshee Etc, warmogs gives you nothing more then flat HP, which will only help you if you are stacked with some resistances first, to say this in other words, you are still squishy. the only reason i DO approve of this item, is with champions such as leona or rammus which have extreme Res to start with ( Defensive Ball Curl ) and the fact that you are getting a Force of Nature right after it (passive of % regen thingy is awesome)

the way to do these: Powerball \ Sunfire Aegis Etc is by putting brackets like this: around something:
[[
Sunfire cape
]]

without the going down a line it will end up like i did.

ok for the actual guide:

chapters:

Runes

ok instead of explaining yourself in a wall of text an easier way of reading it (as a visitor of the guide) is by categorizing the runes to small groups such as:

Most important\needed\best choise\recommended

Etc:

For Glyphs i would recommend: Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for some early game Magic resist because i only get my first magic resist item after warmogs (bad idea btw).

For Marks i would recommend : ETC ETC ETC

" Seals " " " :ETC ETC ETC

" Quintessences " " ": ETC ETC ETC

then you switch to optional runes

Optional\Other\Situational Runes

Etc:

If you feel like mages rape you take Greater Glyph of Magic Resist ETC ETC ETC
and switching the mark would be ETC ETC ETC, if you never have enough hp for ganks take ETC ETC ETC (hp regen) etc.

Masteries:

instead of:
"The masteries posted above are just the typical mastery set you will choose for almost every mana jungler you have. You can change the PERSEVERENCE points with the GOOD HANDS points, but I just think that extra regen gives you a nice buff for roaming through the jungle without having to recall, as you're not going to get the 2nd blue and POWERBALL can deplete your mana if noy paying enough attention."

do this:
"The masteries posted above are just the typical mastery set you will choose for almost every mana jungler you have. You can change the Perseverence points with the Good Hands points, but I just think that extra regen gives you a nice buff for roaming through the jungle without having to recall, as you're not going to get the 2nd blue and Powerball can deplete your mana if noy paying enough attention."

as an intro, looks better and helps make it more understandable for new rammus players.

also maybe try to put in some other viable mastery pages:

(upload a copy of your mastery page) etc

Jungling:

this part was pretty well written, nice format and simple to read, the probleme is that it is all the same color, white, it is hard to seach for a certain thing in this whole chapter, say if you have already read the guide, and forgot what do you do after you kill the wolfes, he will have to read the whole thing again to find the answer, instead you can highlight every important part, or chaptering it:

1. Jungle start:

blue then wolfes ETC ETC ETC

2. Ganking:

look if anyone needs gank if no proceed to number 3. . if yes, look who needs the most, or ask in chat if someone needs a gank, if they say yes go there and gank in the following way: ETC ETC ETC.

3. Jungling after wolfes\golem ETC:

use potion etc etc kill this this and now go gank etc etc or shop.

this is pretty much the basic, also you might want to add some chapters like giving blue buff to an allie or red etc ETC ETC.

"Wriggles vs thornmail"

well in this chapter you might just want to format the items like that:
[icon=
Thornmail
size=64]

but without the going down a line. it should be like this:

instead of a simple photo thingy that is not an icon that gives you the item stats Etc.

same goes in the next chapter, the items, try to format them better like that:
(the ][ were deleted so you can see how its written without the ][)
icon=thornmail size=64 icon=mercury's treads size=64 icon= sunfire cape size=64 ETC ETC

should end up like that:

looks better right?

the rest of the guide is "in progress" so i am not going to talk about it, but i would like to recommend you a couple of totally viable chapters:

Team work:

explain briefly plans try to lead them to successful fights and not into suicides blablabla you get the idea.

Early\Mid\Late game:

Your role in each one and what should you be found doing in each of those.

Team comps:

who to protect who to focus who would you like to have on your team who would you not want to have in the enemy team who counters rammus who is weak to rammus ETC

and a summary why should you and when should you pick this rammus guide or rammus in general and you would appreciate feedback and comments or ideas to improve Etc Etc...

anyway overall good guide +1 if you feel like i helped you +Rep me or check out my guide tell me what you think i can improve and btw, PM me when you improve it i want to see how it will end up :)
