Introduction
Why choose Rammus for Dominion?
Rammus is a very essential champion for Dominion, specially at early and late game. At first, using Powerball + Boots of Swiftness will make you and your team capture the Windmill before the other team does, you won't take only the early game advantage of getting Windmill first but you'll also be able to defend it with your high armor and your Garrison spell.
At late game, any DPS rival champion will have absolutely 0 chance against you. The only thing you'll have to do is activate Defensive Ball Curl + Puncturing Taunt and they will literally kill themselves.
By following this guide you won't only get a defensive Rammus but a high offensive champion as well. Getting some late game AP items will make the rival team being afraid of you. You can get high killing streaks, Quadra kills and even Penta kills! By activating Defensive Ball Curl + Soaring Slam you'll reach 500+ Armor and 300+ Magic Resistances and a high 300 magic damage per second to all nearby enemy champions.
This guide will grant you to get 100% probablity of getting the most points in the match and getting the 1st place.
Why do I take the +at lvl 18 instead of the normal ones?
As we all know, Dominion matchs are very short and you gain levels much faster than in Classic Mode. The reason why I get these runes is because they are much more useful than the basic runes.
Another possiblity for Runes is to get a complete Rune Page maxing Ability Power. This will make you start the game with approximately 40 AP which will increasy your Powerball and Soaring Slam damage.
This skill sequence will make a perfectly balanced Rammus.
We maximize Defensive Ball Curl as early as possible in order to compensate the low Magic Resistance at early levels because of all of our Armor Items.
Then we'll head off straightly to Puncturing Taunt as this skill will be useful to carry out enemies away from the turrets or to drag them in to make a easier kill.
Powerball will be our last skill as the main aim of this skill is to gain fast mobility around the map and not to deal damage, so this won't affect your game. Of course, Soaring Slam will be leveled every time is possible to upgrade it.

To start off the match, we will need to buy Boots of Swiftness in order to get a high mobility speed and get the Windmill before the other team does. With the remaining money we will also get Cloth Armor to get some defense while defending the capture point.
Then we'll get a Warden's Mail to later complete our Randuin's Omen. This is a compulsory item to get as the high armor, health and health regen bonuses will make Rammus a very resistant champion. Using Puncturing Taunt on someone while carrying this item will probably slow them and you'll have more time in order to capture or defend a capture point.
Then, we will directly head off into a Thornmail. This items will literally destroy any dps enemy and give a very high armor which will not just give a heavy resistance, but Rammus will gain a lot of Attack Damage by combining Thornmail + Randuin's Omen.
Finally, as our very last Armor item we will get a Sunfire Aegis. Why is this item necessary? This will give a lot of HP to Rammus, taking him into 2800+ HP, a lot of Armor, and combining this item's passive + Soaring Slam will deal a high magic damage to the surrounding enemies.
Now it's time to get some real damage. We'll first get an Abyssal Mask not only because of the AP Bonus but because of the Magic Resistance that will be very effective against AP enemies.
As our last item we will get a Rabadon's Deathcap in order to maximize our Ability Power and reaching a 300+ magic damage per second with Soaring Slam activated.

Garrison: Combined with the

mastery, no one will get you away from your capture point.
Ignite: Why this? Combining this with Soaring Slam will destroy the enemies health bar.
Ghost: This spell can be used in replace of Ignite. You probably are asking yourself why would you need Ghost with Rammus when you got Powerball; this is a very good spell in order to combine them and capturing the Windmill before the enemies get there.

Early Game:
To start off, Rammus will be the first champion in getting to the Windmill, so we'll have to get Boots of Swiftness and some Cloth Armor in order to defend it after capturing the point.
Rammus will be an essential champion at the start of the match. Getting the Windmill before the other team does will deal high damage to the enemy nexus and you'll take advantage as soon as the game starts.
Mid Game:
By Mid Game you have already got your Boots of Swiftness, Randuin's Omen and Thornmail. This items will make you a very resistant champion to any incoming attack damage. You'll be able to defend capture points with no trouble with some assist of your Garrison spell.
Late Game:
This final stage of the match will make you unstoppable, no enemy champion will be able to kill you in a 1v1, 2v1 or 3v1! By this time you'll have your full build, including the Sunfire Aegis, Abyssal Mask and Rabadon's Deathcap. This last two items are very decisive at the time of offense and defense. With Soaring Slam + Sunfire Aegis you'll deal around 350 damage per second.
Tips:
Always use your Puncturing Taunt skill to get enemies away or to a capture point.
Use your Garrison spell when trying to capture enemies turrets if you're against 2 or 3 enemies to drastically decrease the damage of the turret.
Always use your Powerball skill and speed buffs to move quickly around the map.
