@Zell I deleted my earlier post, because it was for the old guide and I made a new comment for the finished guide since I did change my thoughts about her guide. Didn't mean that support = healer, but in my opinion maxing out heal last will make Sona a bit inefficient, because her defense aura and the heal itself is good so in my opinion if you max Q first, at least max W second or together with E. I still haven't changed my mind about how useful her heal is, but that still doesnt mean I think support = healer. I think Sona is good when being played as a healer.
Too bad you judge me by one comment you guys misinterpreted, because I didn't mean that. I'm not native english speaker so I might make unclear sentences, I only intended to say that heal on Sona is important so it shouldn't be maxed out last. Saying my thoughts about that playstyle isn't flaming or trolling.
And I also level up Shatter before heal when playing Taric, just so you know. Support isn't necessarily a healer, but if heal is available why not use it to yor benefit.

@Prismik I have browsed the guide about how to make guides to find out how to make Skills BBcode, but it has been an inspiration for me how to make the guide look better. I edited it to my own style however since I don't like all of the things there. For example I decided not to use the code for Runes, because imo that looks ugly.
Also I'm not "itchy" about your guide, I just wanted an honest answer about the copy thing and I'm glad you gave me one. :) (Maybe I'm too gullible to trust people in the internet, but most gamers are trustworthy.) Thank you and I wish you good luck with this guide.
Btw, it's nice that someone else found those items the best on Soraka since there are people in Ranked games who have no idea how to make her most efficient. :)

@Halipupu - I read the entire guides about Soraka on mobafire and put out the best I found in all of them in addition to my personal adittions in order to make it as simple as possible. I never intended to copy any of the guides on this website and I give all the credit to them as they inspired me a lot. As for the template, I just used a simple guide on "how to make a guide", did you use the same thing ? Because frankly, now that I see your's, I find it amazing how it's quite the same as this guide's guide. If you are that itchy on the ressemblence, I could make it a lot better & different in a matter of time, but this is not the point. Best regards, Prismik ;)

@ apels1nen - Time I lacked, but you are correct, an in depth section on warding would be more helpful than a link on this other guide that I found.

@koksei - At level 5, chances are that you will have maybe 1, or 2 teamfights, who knows. Since the magic resist debuff is a great tool for you and your allies, why not have it before this actual teamfights really start ?

Lets be frank, you said its same regarding item explanation style. Not almost, not nearly, not slightly - just same thus its safe to presume that your implying it is completely the same so you can't wriggle yourself out of that one nor dodge that.

What exactly do you gain by making him aware of your "suspicion"? As said before hand you can't proof it and even if he did copy your template or what not its a safe presumption that if he lacks the moral integrity to do so then its safe to say that hes not going to owe up to it and lying about it over the internet is no problem.

Regarding the Sona guide, lets be honest you didn't say it in such a well mannered way as your interpreting it. Even at the time in the guide it still consisted on notes that you wouldn't always level Q first and comments like "you'r good for nothing without heal" is pretty much flaming/trolling. As is general "support = healing" comments and almost insulting to anyone leveling priority Shatter with Taric. Lets face it, there is a reason why you deleted it your post...

Welcome to Soraka? Generic support is generic.

The item buying order isn't the exact same and I find that the comment on item explanations being the same pretty amusing since that is actually the main contradistinction between the two guides as with many generic built champion guides; if you analyze both explanations thoroughly you'll notice this and in the situations when it "supposedly is" the same item explanation style are with bland almost self-explained items like Heart of Gold & Aegis of the Legion. To mention a few examples supporting my case: Mobility Boots, Abyssal Specter, Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Randuin's Omen, Vision Ward etc.

Basically the common trend in explanation is that you'll tend to explain aspects in more detail in conjunction with statistics (cooldown reduction & runes) while his is more "newbie friendly" in that it offers advice which would appear obvious or self-explained like "not forget to use it's active in team fights" or "mostly used to counter-ward the enemy wards at baron & dragon".

Also, leave bullying to me - you went about with that accusation far too hesitate and hedged with no hard evidence being given. :p

Oh lol, I remember you now. Your that guy who immaturely and ignorantly flamed that excellent, top notch Sona guide. Gosh, you happen to spend quite a bit of time looking over other fellow peers guides. Disappointing to see how your bullying skill has fallen so low since that catastrophic embarrassment at said Sona thread though.

I didn't say it's completely the same I just said the items and pretty much the item sequence are the same as in my guide. I didn't say all the explanations are the same, I said the outlook is very much like mine, not completely. Or at elast that's what I meant. You know, the colors and the sections he divided. It just looks a lot like my style.

And ofc I'm hesistant about these things, I merely let him know my suspicions about the origins of the style of his guide. I don't want to blame for nothing but I do want to know if he did it on purpose or by accident. I don't like people intentionally copying my work.

About the Sona guide by Astrolia (if you mean that one): back then when it was released it wasn't as good as it is nowadays. It wasn't as well structured and was published unfinished. I didn't flame, I said that I don't think skilling Q first completely is a good idea in all cases or at least there should be alternative ways. Saying how I feel about those things isn't flaming and isn't immature either, it's called critisism which I believe most people do appreciate as I didn't even bother to downvote her guide, but instead gave her chance to improve it. Nowadays that guide is finished and excellent like you said, but back then when I commented it the first time, it wasn't as good or complete for that matter, so I told how it could be better in my opinion. So don't go blaming me about flaming excellent guides/guidemakers, when I don't (mean to) flame anyone. (Instead you flame me about things you don't know.)

And I do read other peoples guides just out of curiosity, because I like to comment them on my free time and find new ways to play characters I play a lot. And yes, I'm worried when I see a guide that greatly resembles mine, not only by items but also by template which I didn't copy anywhere, I thought of it myself. If someone makes their guide look the same as mine when looking through it quickly, it kinda hurts my feelings since I put a lot of effort to my guides and I don't want them to look (completely) the same as dozen others.

Also I'm not a guy, I'm a girl. :3

@ the author of this guide, sorry to have this conversation here. I only wanted to say I'm worried that your guide resembles mine in many ways and that I hope you didn't intentionally mean to copy the outlook of my guide. If you didn't mean to copy and I hurt your feelings, I apologize. I'm just being cautious. ^^

Items look like you've copied them from my build and a bit of the same problem with your runes as well. (My guide is the second from the top.)
Also your items section is built exactly the same way as mine... I'm a bit worried if you just simply copied my guide, because you've built your guide the same way as mine with same items, almost same runes, same item explanation style, especially with the Must Get Items. I don't mind you using the same template, but I don't like you makig your guide nearly a complete copy of mine. I hope you didn't intend to do that on purpose, because I'd like to vote up, but I won't if it's simply a copy. :(

Could you perhaps add WHEN to ward where? That's what I have the most problem with when playing support. It's like, I know where to ward, most of the time, but I don't exactly know when the right time to go away and ward 'those' places is.

Other than that, great guide.

I don't really understand why you go for starcall on 5 :P
but I guess to harass and stuff. The thing about starcall is that you'll push and pushing makes you vulnerable to junglers :/. Well I don't play her that often but I play ranked quite often so pushing is the thing you absolutely have to avoid :P

otherwise a good guide your build seems good - you should mention WotA for teams with more than 1 ap :)

more than that you could add some screen shot's and a section called laning phase or sth^^.

This isn't meant offensive - just wanna give you some tips!

Like your said in your comment above this guide isn't finished so I won't vote yet - pm me when it's finished will give it a look then.

In the nearby future if you make another guide, I suggest for you to finish the guide 100% before publishing it ^^ Might increase the amount of votes.

Thank you, your comment is appreciated (= The build is currently under construction, and I will be making a fairly big section on items choices, in which I'll give alternative to boots & other items.
