No magic resist. Fix with Mercury's Treads, Wit's End and Guardian Angel.

Vampiric Scepter is a bad start for at least anything non-jungler (and it's only viable on certain junglers as a start).

Needs coding. And your English grammar/punctuation needs work.

Armor per level seals, Phantom Dancer, Madreds Bloodrazor, no Guardian Angel or Wit's End, and you start vampiric scepter.

Your masteries are pretty bad as well. You get double pen, and don't get any hp from defense.

To put it simply, your items have no real synergy with each other, your summoner spells are really bad, and you call him a carry so im assuming you're playing bottom lane with a support? That's not generally a good idea.

If you want to play Teemo as an auto attacking high damage champion, you need a guardian angel, your range and damage aren't high enough to really be useful with a glass cannon build.

i think you should change the malady with an wit's end

my build doesnt require baiting into shrooms. i go up to a fed carry adn take them out without losing more than half health. the shrooms are more used for slow and wards than actual damage. and as for wits end, i generally dont get it, unless im facing a hard ap carry like leblanc. i dont find the damage on it is that useful. i survive by lifestealing health back, not by taking no damage.

I like that you're one of the few guides that maxes move quick before dart, it's a MUCH more useful skill. I disagree with the item sequence, I would go Wit's End and Madred's first, the early razor helps farm the late-game items, and the wit's end helps you stay alive. I find the key to Teemo is don't die, ever, because up until level 6 you're useless, and until level 13-14 you're still squishy but with speed you can bait people into mushroom traps and ganks.
