He deals a lot of damage and is literally unkillable with his ulti and passive.Do not fight him early because he simply out damages you.

A squishy mage is not a problem for a tank.Watch out for her charm though as it can be really deadly.

Squishy assassin.She will probably just run away from you early.
Alistar
Support with no damage.You probably won't see him nowadays,but he is quite deadly early.
Amumu
Just as tanky as you but since you bought a Black Cleaver,he will be easy to defeat.
Anivia
Has deadly CC but still very squishy.Watch out for her passive.
Annie
Squishy mage with a lot of stuns.Nothing to be afraid of here.
Ashe
ADC with a lot of CC.She can kite you easily so be careful.
Aurelion Sol
He does a lot of damage but he is still squishy.
Azir
Huge ranged poke.Be careful,with Rylai's he can kite you really well.A big threat early-mid game.
Bard
Squishy at all stages of the game,even with items.
Blitzcrank
Pretty tanky.Watch out for his hooks in teamfights.

Big burst but nothing to be afraid of.You are a tank,after all.
Braum
Really tanky though nothing to fear.
Caitlyn
Can also kite you and has a lot of ranged poke.Be careful!
Cassiopeia
Squishy mage,easy to beat.
Cho'Gath
Really tanky but he has no damage.
Corki
Squishy and is not even capable of kiting.
Darius
Now.Everyone says Darius counters Garen.Depends if the enemy Darius is good or not.IF he is bad you won lane.If not it will be hell for you.Play safe anyway.
Diana
Assasins are worthless against tanks.No issue here.
Dr. Mundo
Really tanky but deals no damage.
Draven
Can kite and has massive burst.Watch out for his movement speed.
Ekko
Tank Ekko or AP Ekko,you still win.Watch out for that ultimate though.
Elise
Tanky late game,but you beat her anyway.
Evelynn
Just as Elise.Tanky late game but nothing to fear.
Ezreal
Can kite.Pretty dangerous long range.
Fiddlesticks
Worthless against you.
Fiora
% max health true damage.Ouch.
Fizz
Nothing to fear here,just a fish.
Galio
Nope.Played so often that I forgot if he existed.Not a threat.
Gangplank
You can just fully burst him down and he cannot do anything about it.
Garen
Just farm.He is mediocre but it all depends on who has more farm.
Gnar
He has everything in his kit to counter you.He has %max health damage,he is able to kite you...Fortunately,you do beat him later on.
Gragas
Tanky,but not tanky enough to beat you.
Graves
Big burst.Watch out early.
Hecarim
Tanky and has a lot of CC with his ulti.You still out-scale him though so take the advantage later on.
Heimerdinger
Has a lot of poke but he is very squishy.
Illaoi
Huge damage and is as tanky as you.Be careful and don't let her poke you.
Irelia
Has a lot of damage and is very tanky.Do not let her get to your back line in teamfights.
Ivern
Tanky but deals no damage.Not an issue.
Janna
A squishy support.Delicious.
Jarvan IV
High damage,but you out-scale him.
Jax
Do not 1v1 him late game.He is simply unstoppable.
Jayce
High ranged poke.Do not trade with him.You will beat him at level 6 because you have an ult and he does not so take the advantage from there.
Jhin
Squishy ADC.Watch out for his roots as they are disgusting.
Jinx
Able to kite you but has no escapes.Just jump on her.
Kalista
Queen of kiting.Also has % max hp damage when near her oathsworn.Beware!
Karma
Huge damage but is still squishy.Pretty easy.
Karthus
Worthless without his ultimate.Also very immobile.
Kassadin
Assasin.Will probably get destroyed as you deal no magic damage and your silence shuts him down completely.
Katarina
Also an assasin.Does nothing to you late game but focus her down at that point because she does a lot to your team.
Kayle
Can kite but is squishy.Watch out for the ultimate as it can turn a fight around.
Kennen
Ranged poke but squishy early.Take the advantage.
Kha'Zix
Another assasin.Does nothing to you but you sure chunk him down fast.
Kindred
Can kite easily and has that ridiculous ultimate.Be afraid!
Kled
A lot of damage early but later on you beat him hard.
Kog'Maw
Squishy ADC with no escapes.Beware of his ultimate though.
LeBlanc
You will probably never be able to kill her because of her mobility,but she does nothing to you.
Lee Sin
Early on this guy destroys you.Do not even fight him at that point.
Leona
Tanky support with loads of CC.Be careful anyway.
Lissandra
Tanky mage with loads of damage and CC.Be careful of her ult!

Pretty easy,just get Thornmail.
Lulu
Squishy support.Destroy her,soldier!
Lux
Very squishy mage with no escapes.Easy as pie.
Malphite
No damage.Watch out for his ult and you'll do fine.
Malzahar
His ultimate is stupid but he is really squishy.
Maokai
The more spells you cast,the longer he will stay in lane.Try to use autos to get cs.
Master Yi
Late game he shreds you so be careful.

Nothing to fear.Really easy to beat.

High damage and tanky.Beware!

Squishy.Be very ware of her Q as it is deadly.
Nami
Has nothing to do against you.

He is tankier and has more damage late.Do not let him farm.

Tanky but no damage.

Squishy assasin but she gets tanky late so be careful.

Squishy fighter.Does a lot of damage post-6 so be careful.

Worthless.

Huge damage and tankiness.Build Thornmail!

Does nothing to you but she has a deadly ult.

Very powerful early.You do beat him later on but do not trade with him in lane.
