Rumble Overview
Played I like to do is use his flamespitter and his scrap shield towards the enemy to zone them out and if you want or need to then use electro harpoon slow them.
Electro harpoon can be used to last hit nicely as long as you time it right.
I play on smart cast but on his equalizer I tend to use normal spell casting instead of smart cast because it is a lot easier and smart cast just isn't the safe way to use his equalizer.
On Rumble's spells I like to max out my flamespitter first because it does a lot of aoe damage and can do serious damage. Don't underestimate it just because it is overtime damage. Scrap shield is really nice for getting those boost of movement speeds and chasing people down. It can also be used to get to lane much faster. Electro-harpoon can either keep enemies away or keep them in range. Being able to shoot this twice really helps him stay on top. For Rumble's equalizer, it is a major damage dealer and should be used right in teamfights along where the most people on their team will be and where they will go. Jungles are amazing places for him to use this.
