Runes are passable, everything else is wrong. Masteries, skill sequence and items.

you need much more coding. your skill sequence is garbage, the only thing right here is that you level up your ultimate at 6,11 and 16. normally, you max q because it has the by far lowest cd and gives passive cdr. then you max w or e (w is standart, i like to max e). your item build works, but there is still much to do. you need to add stuff like the starting items or the items you get when you go back for the first time. you also need to add situational items.(i also build Ryze different, but that's annother story).

for the masteries, you need Runic Affinity (mandatory), Vampirism (almost mandatory), and Strength of Spirit (it scales with mana. nuff said.). also, don't take Meditation . you don't need 3 mana regen with 5k mana. and remove Pickpocket . it is garbage on supports and big garbage on ryze.

then also consider the stuff Sp4c31nv4d3r said and let me tell you that ryze scales crazily with mana per level runes.

So far, looks good. Just a couple of suggestions that you can take as you will.

1. Since Ryze is a mana hungry little bugger, you may want to put an alternative runes section in with possible mana runes. Not everyone does it, but it does help in the early game when they are flat mana.

2. Ohmwrecker isn't necessarily the best item on him, but then again, not the worst. Look for a possible alternative there too.

3. Maybe a possible set of other start items and build up from there. This will give readers a better understanding of your reasoning as well as expand you ability to add more situation items as well.

Overall, looks good and I do love me some ADC troll Ryze. Well done. +1 from me.
