WELCOME TO WILD BOAR GUIDE
This guide will cover Sejuani top as well as jungle which the latter is the preferred position for her. I've seen support but that needs to be tested now that HoG is removed, will post a guide that later.

all of the tank masteries
The 30 points are purely for sustain and damage reduction as you should be initiating every team fight and with the new items you can and likely will be focused because of your new found damage.
The early health regen will help to sustain you after wraiths and wolves as well as help you sit on turret. you should average around 5 hp per second regen and 3.3 per second mana regen.
everything else helps protect you from a fed enemy of reduce damage or increase your hp, which in turn gives your W more damage which we clearly want. you really don't need safeguard as you can tower dive easily at LV4.
The Legendary armor mastery is fantastic. 5% armor increase and MR increase, sometimes 10 or 15 armor can make a difference especially with all the new armor shred and reduction buffs.
This is where we come to the Damage reduction perks. eventually some damage will get through. and this is where the reduction comes in handy.
