Fiora champion is made for very aggressive players that want to carry teams. She is best used in team comps with a tanky top, tanky AP support, and AP mid.

Fiora is able to gank as early as level three. This is easiest done in the top lane, but it can happen mid and bot as well if the opposing laners are past halfway with half health. Come around their river wall in mid and through their tri for bot. Engage with Q and activate W and then E. Reuse Q immediately or within three seconds if they flash or use an escape (i.e. Ezreal E). At level six, you can R if you think they will flash, or dive before you R to ignore turret agro. After ganks, with Fiora's passive, go ahead and clear half of your jungle before recalling for max gold.

As Fiora, don't be afraid to take the kills in a gank. She was made to carry as a jungler. My win-loss with her in ranked is over 75% as a jungler because I get the kills. A rushed Hydra and Elder Lizard are GG if you are two levels ahead of the enemy team. I have two 1v5 pentakills in ranked. Her ult is made for big team engages, a 1v1, or out of last resort in teamfights because it makes her invulnerable.
