In Rankeds You can Easily gain ELO with Fizz in Jungle because if you have 2 AP Carrys one in mid and one in Jungle they are forced to build Mres or just keep dying by your Ganks. So the way is free for Every ADC like Graves ,Lucian and Vayne

1. You Start with Blue Buff = Lvl 2 with Pull
2. Do Ghosts = LvL 2,5
3. Go to Red and use your smite for the Second Time= LvL 3
4. Gank with Double Buff and Get yourself or your Team the First Build.
