He is a decent support because he has a powerful slow and a knock up + a knock back. BTW a good tactic to use is to Q then attack a minion W attack another minion then E onto the enemy adc attack them (which will knock up) then flash to the opposite side of where your adc is then R to knock the adc and support back (if there close enough), then kill the enemy support and unless your adc is behind or sucks you will kill both.
